Overview:

The BIM-based planning of a residential building was carried out in strict compliance with the city of Izmir's development plan. Thanks to precise modeling with ArchiCAD, all permits were obtained and construction could begin (construction is still underway). The project combines high space efficiency with digital accuracy and represents a significant milestone in the realization of complex residential projects.
