Overview:

Planning of a residential complex with 95 units on a challenging hillside site. BIM-based modeling served for precise quantity and cost determination as well as optimization of the topographical development. The study provided a sound basis for decisions regarding the technical feasibility of the project and identified critical cost drivers in the area of slope stabilization.
