Overview:

The 8-story hybrid building features 150 parking spaces and 14 commercial units (14 shops) on the ground floor. Vertical access is provided by two car elevators to maximize space efficiency on the limited building site. A green roof terrace and a public café offer additional urban amenities and panoramic views.
