Overview: | Development and turnkey implementation of a 25,000 m² urban park on the banks of the Granikos River. The intergenerational concept combines sports infrastructure (football, tennis, basketball), expansive play areas, and an 850 m long riverside promenade. The central feature, a 150-year-old olive tree, forms the symbolic heart of this resource-optimized design. |
